접수 및 회비 납부 대상
- 학생(청년), 교사, 교역자 등 캠프에 참여하는 모든 인원이 접수 및 회비 납부 대상에 포함됩니다.
🚨입금 시 주의사항🚨
- 빠른 납부 확인을 위해 입금자명은 반드시 온라인 신청 시 기재한 "신청자명(또는 신청 교회명)"과 동일하게 입금해 주세요.
- 부득이하게 입금자명이 다를 경우, 반드시 "쉐이커스 캠프 카카오톡 채널"을 통해 정확한 입금자명을 알려주셔야 합니다.

사전에 인원 추가 시
- 최종 회비(완등록비) 입금을 완료 후 캠프 시작 전에 인원이 추가될 경우, 추가된 인원은 "최초 온라인 신청일"을 기준으로 회비가 적용됩니다.
[예시: 5월 혜택가 기간에 온라인 신청(가등록비 입금 완료) 완료 후, 7월 혜택가 기간에 인원을 추가하더라도 5월 혜택가인 95,000원 적용됩니다.]
현장 인원 추가 시
- 캠프 당일 현장에서 인원을 추가 접수할 경우, 기간에 따른 혜택가 및 부분참가로 적용되지 않아 최종 접수비(98,000원)가 적용됩니다.
(※ 모든 숙소는 사전 등록 인원에 맞추어 배정이 완료되므로, 캠프 당일 현장에서 추가 접수하시는 인원에게는 숙박이 제공되지 않습니다. 이 점 반드시 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.)

③ 회비 납부 및 영수증 안내
- 캠프 전, 교회 제출용 영수증이 미리 필요하신 경우 "쉐이커스 캠프 카카오톡 채널"로 문의해 주세요.
- 캠프 중, 캠프 기간 내에 현장 행정 본부를 방문하시면 발급해 드립니다.
④ 환불 적용 기준
가등록 및 취소 안내
- 가등록비 입금 후 인원 변동이 아닌 교회 전체 캠프 취소 시, 가등록비는 환불되지 않습니다.
현장 불참 시 환불 규정
- 캠프 시작 3일 전 0시부터는 인원 취소 및 회비 환불이 절대 불가합니다.
(※ 사전에 등록한 캠프 인원 기준에 맞춘 숙소 배정, 식수 확정 등이 완료된 시점이므로 당일 노쇼(No-Show)를 포함해 어떤 경우에도 환불이 어렵습니다. 인원 변동이 있을 경우 반드시 해당 시점 이전에 연락해 주시기 바랍니다.)

예시: 7월 20일(목) 23:59까지: 취소 시 규정에 따른 환불 가능(가등록비 제외 50%회비만 환불)
예시: 7월 21일(금) 00:00부터: 취소 및 불참 인원에 대해 전액 환불 불가
사전 환불 요청 시 규정
- 환불 기준: 환불 불가 시점(3일 전 0시) 이전에 취소할 경우, 이미 납부하신 회비 중 가등록비(1만 원)를 제외한 나머지 금액의 50%를 환불해 드립니다.
[예시: 5월 혜택가 등록자 95,000원 기준 → 가등록비 1만 원 제외한 85,000원의 50%인 42,500원 환불)
예시: 7월 20일(목) 23:59까지 취소 시: 가등록비 제외 50% 환불
예시: 7월 21일(금) 00:00부터 취소 시: 전액 환불 불가 (현장 불참 및 노쇼 포함)
현장 인원 추가 시 규정
- 완등록 접수 인원보다 현장에서 인원이 추가되었을 경우, 추가 인원에 한하여 최종 회비(현장접수비 98,000원) 적용 및 숙소 별도 배정은 불가합니다.
[예시: 완등록 15명 신청 후 현장 인원이 3명이 추가되어 총 18명일 경우]

⑤ 추가비용 외 기타 안내사항
- 원활한 프로그램 진행 및 시설 관리를 위해 교회별 모임 시간 외 간식을 섭취 할 경우 별도의 취식 장소 제공은 불가합니다.
- 공동생활 공간의 위생과 쾌적한 휴식을 위해 숙소(생활관) 내 모든 음식물 반입 및 취식은 절대 금지됩니다.
⑥ 환불 적용 기준
a. 캠프 시작 2주 전 취소 시 100% 환불
- 청년 캠프 : 2026년 7월 30일(목) 23시 59분까지
b. 캠프 시작 3일 전 취소 시 50% 환불
- 청년 캠프 : 2026년 8월 10일(월) 23시 59분까지
완등록비 환불 규정: 취소된 인원에 대한 완등록비 환불(가등록비 제외) 규정은 아래와 같습니다.

- 청년 캠프 : 2026년 8월 10일(월) 23시 59분까지
위에 명시된 예약비/접수비 환불 기간 이후에는 환불이 불가합니다.
