2024 여름 쉐이커스 어린이 말씀캠프에서는

”낮아지신 우리 왕“이라는 주제로

우리를 섬기신 예수님의 이야기를 전하고자 합니다.

예수님은 섬김을 받으셔야 했지만 도리어 섬기셨고,

가장 많은 것을 가지셔야 했지만

자신의 생명까지 우리에게 주셨습니다.

이번 여름 쉐이커스 캠프를 통해

우리를 섬기시려 찾아오신

예수님을 경험하는 시간이 되길 소망합니다.

접수는 온라인 신청부터 등록비 납부까지의 전체 과정을 뜻합니다. 접수 완료란 전체 과정을 완료한 단계를 뜻합니다.
접수는 선착순으로 마감됩니다.
학생과 교역자/교사 등 캠프에 참여하는 모든 사람이 접수대상입니다.
온라인 신청 후 반드시 예약비를 입금하셔야 신청이 완료됩니다.
입금자명은 온라인 신청할 때 작성한 신청자(신청교회)와 동일한 이름으로 기재해주세요.
입금자명이 다르게 입금되는 경우 반드시 전화나 카카오톡 채널을 통해 정확한 입금자명을 알려주셔야 합니다. (입금자명이 확인되지 않을 경우 불이익이 있을 수 있습니다)

기본 적용 기준
- 접수 기간에 따라 차등 적용됩니다.
추가인원 적용 기준
1. 최종 참가자 리스트 인원보다 인원이 추가된 경우, 온라인 신청일을 기준으로 접수비가 적용됩니다.
  - 예) 5월 1일 온라인 신청 후, 7월 1일 추가 인원 요청 : 1차 접수비(92,000원) 적용
2. 현장에서 인원 추가 접수는 3차 접수비(95,000원)을 적용합니다.
3. 단 현장에서 인원 추가 또는 변경할 때, 기존 참가자 리스트 총 인원수에 변동이 없을 경우에는 온라인 신청일을 기준으로 접수비가 적용됩니다.
현장 접수
1. '현장 접수'는 기본적으로 기존 접수한 교회의 추가 인원을 뜻합니다.
2. 사전에 접수하지 않은 교회는 현장 접수가 불가합니다.

인원 확정 (참가자 리스트 작성 및 제출)
1. 참가자 리스트는 명찰 제작 및 숙소 배정에 사용됩니다.
2. 최종 참가자 리스트는 등록 확인 후 보내드린 양식에 맞춰 작성하여 shakerscamporg@gmail.com으로 발송해 주시기 바랍니다.
3. 내용(이름, 학년, 성별)을 정확히 기재해 주시기 바랍니다.
4. 메일 발송 후 수정사항이 발생했을 경우, 수정한 파일명과 메일 제목에 수정날짜를 기입하여 다시 발송해 주시기 바랍니다.
5. 참가자 리스트 발송 마감 기한을 지키지 않을 경우, 숙소배정 등에 불이익이 생길 수 있습니다. (우선 발송한 교회부터 선착순으로 배정)
최종 접수비 입금
1. 참가자 리스트 메일 발송과 함께 최종 접수비(예약비 1만원 제외)를 신청한 차수에 맞게 입금해주시기 바랍니다.
2. 캠프 당일 현장 접수처가 혼잡합니다. 현장에서의 최종 접수비 현금 납부는 가급적 삼가주시고, 미리 입금해 주시기 바랍니다.
영수증 발급
1. 캠프 전에 교회에 제출해야 하는 영수증이 필요하신 경우, 메일이나 전화, 카카오톡 채널로 문의해 주세요.
2. 캠프 기간 동안에는 진행본부로 오시면 영수증을 발급해 드립니다.

선입금한 예약비 환불은 6월 30일까지 취소되는 인원에 한하여 전액 환불됩니다. 7월 1일 이후 취소될 경우 예약비(인당 1만원)은 환불 불가입니다.
모든 환불은 최종 참가자 리스트 메일 발송일을 기준으로 적용됩니다.
- 캠프 첫날 당일에 참가 인원이 수정된 경우에는 본부에서 등록할 때 말씀해 주세요.
캠프 시작 3일 전 0시를 기준으로 전액 환불 불가합니다.
환불 불가 시점 이전에 취소한 인원수에 대해서는 예약비를 제외한 50%를 환불합니다.
- 7월 20일 23시 59분 까지 : 50% 환불 (1차 기준, 예약비 제외)
- 7월 21일 00시 00분 부터 : 전액 환불 불가
